On a PC- Just go to your KS4 Resources (usually in "Documents") and copy your selected library or libraries, then go to "Public Documents" where KS5 hides the resources, and paste as usual. Allow time for the library to refresh when you open KS5. Also, be careful not to overwrite the KS5 goodies, but you know that already!
When I migrated I did a massive down-sizing of stuff, as I needed to keep some, like client materials and some specials, but I also want my KS5 library fresh and not polluted with thousands of materials that are now obsolete.
