Title: Running KeyShot on ESXi hosted VM?

I'm going to set up VMware vSphere as a hypervisor on one of my boxes at home (Xeon E5-1650). Has anyone tried running KeyShot or KeyShot network rendering (slave) on a ESXi hosted VM? What's the performance penalty like?
