Title: PBT (Polybutylene terephthalate) plastic material
Post by: gojira on July 30, 2014, 09:48:53 AM
Hi guys. I am new to this forum.

I am doing some renders for plastic medical caps&inserts and have some issues with materials. Is anyone capable of simulating/creating material like in picture below and would be so kind and help. Please  :D 8) ::)

Have you tried looking on the KeyShot Cloud? I've seen many there. Look for those uploaded by DriesV.

I did (briefly), but none of them really "worked". I will check again :)

This is a tough material to replicate, but it can be done.  Check the KeyShot Webinar by Dries called "Creating, Managing and Sharing Beautiful Materials in KeyShot", February 2014. It's on the KeyShot main page under "Resources > Learning > Webinars.
