Title: Shadow artifacts on ground plane?
Post by: chippwalters on September 24, 2010, 01:45:40 PM
I'm a newbie and am trying out KeyShot. I've spent some time with Thea Render and have to say KeyShot is an order of magnitude faster at rendering for me. I suspect KeyShot is not an unbiased renderer, correct?

Can someone tell me why the artifacts on this image?

It turns out if I scale the object larger, I can reduce the shadow artifacting completely.
