Title: Pan Camera button too sensitive
Post by: chippwalters on September 28, 2010, 04:14:41 PM
I have a scene which has a very large curved backdrop in it. I'm zoomed up on my object and when I try and pan the camera, a single pixel in the mouse movement moves me more than 100 pixels in the scene. Is there any better fine control for panning a camera? I can move it back and rotate it in the camera controls, but there is no pan left/right. Please tell me how to fine tune a camera angle. Thanks!

Your camera pivot point is still in the center of the scene. Right click onto the object where you want to focus, and select "Look At". This will set the pivot point at the selected point. Now your camera pivots around this point. To reset, open the camera tab and select "Reset".
