So I just got a new computer, and I'm trying to reinstall Keyshot 4 pro. I run the installation file as an admin, select install just for me, and it goes through the installation process flawlessly. However, when I open/run Keyshot 4, it says "Screenshot folder is invalid" and prompts me to select a different folder. No matter what I choose, I get this message over and over. Help?
Have you tried to right click Keyshot shortcut and run as administrator ?

Here are some likely causes:
1. The paths in keyshot4.xml file are incorrect, or
2. the program is not looking at the keyshot4.xml file that you think it is.
Since you say that choosing the folder does not change anything, I suspect that you installed KS as an administrator, that you are running KS with regular user permissions, and the keyshot4.xml is located in a place that the user does not have write access to.
That's not an exact answer, but hopefully it will help you figure out what is misconfigured.
