I believe Simlab has something like that where you make a "helper object" in your modeling app and import it with your scene. The camera will then follow the helper object (such as a pipe with twists & curves). The helper object is of course invisible to the camera.
If this were available in KS you could change dimensions of the helper object within KS to fine tune the camera path.
