Can you share the scene?
This looks like it is related to Global Illumination.
Can you post a screenshot of your settings tab and your render quality settings?

I think I know what the issue is. I'm not sure what version of KeyShot you are using, but there was a bug at some point where GI was always turned on in the offline renderer even though it was unchecked in realtime. This has been corrected in the latest version of 5.1. Now both images looks identical - wysiwyg.
