Title: Experimental KeyShot Renderings
Post by: Will Gibbons on November 19, 2014, 01:10:26 PM
Just me experimenting.

I've been using Solidworks for a few years, but on and off. I've been enamored by the awesome eye candy other digital artists have been creating with programs like zbrush, modo, max, maya, c4d, blender etc. Solidworks just has the crusty-old-man feel and lacks the excitement the others seem to... Anyway, I'm learning MODO now to add some variety, but this is my first image created with the tools I know at the moment. It's inspired by the daily work of Beeple. http://www.beeple-crap.com/everydays.php (http://www.beeple-crap.com/everydays.php)

Modeled in Solidworks, Rendered in Keyshot, color and cropping in PS,CS6

Thanks for viewing.

Here goes number 2! Just having fun really. Wanted to get some motion into this one.

And question: What's the best way to share a .gif on this forum? I just uploaded my .gif to tinypic... is there a more direct way?
Thanks.
