The first shot (dog and chew toy) is one of the best uses of a backplate I might have seen on the forum (apart from some automotive stuff maybe). What a lovely 'dug' too.

And yes the dog is a backplate. Haven't had the opportunity to play with Zbrush yet. Don't know if I could ever get that good at it anyway. haha The thought of being able to just model anything so as to make the exact background setting you need is interesting though.
