Title: White box error on boot up
Post by: southerngfx on December 12, 2014, 10:00:10 AM
I just upgraded to Yosemite and started having an issue with Keyshot. I have downloaded the latest version and reinstalled it and I still get the same error. Any suggestions?

Platform / OS  Yosemite (10.10.1)
KeyShot version  5.1
Plugin version na
Modeling system, including version    NA. Will load models but I can't see the top left of Keyshot
Steps to take to reproduce the problem: Happens every time. Rebooted several times. All drivers uptodate.
Include original CAD, bip, or KSP file (use keyshot.wetransfer.com and send it to support@luxion.com if needed)

Does hitting "T" on the keyboard help? Or Toggling View>Show Toolbars Off/On?

I had this a lot on startup with KS 5.1.44, and toggling 'T' and 'R' seemed to scare the bug away. It seems to have gone with KS5.1.57 (but replaced with a new bug that plays up when in fullscreen mode). But I have never installed yosemite, I'm still on 10.9.x. As Chad says, try toggling the toolbar off and on, but also try toggling the ribbon on and off with 'R' - worked for me!
