Hi Marcos.
Welcome to the forum.

It's a very nice starting point you've got there.
Though, I think there're some things you could improve to make the image look even better:

1. The green rings mark some spots where the light is blown out and the viewer looses some information about the shape of the watch.
2. The point of focus seems to be places around the number 3, on the watch face. I feel it would look better if it was closer to the middle of the face.
3. Try to push the metal material a bit. It seems a bit flat. Have you tried the metallic paint? Sometimes I think it's easier to get good results with that compared to the standard metal material.

Thanks for the tips. I will try to apply them and see the results. I'm not too familiar with watches rendering. Work developing dental implants. It was just for fun.

Welcome indeed! This is a great start and Esben has given some great advice. Only thing I would add is try pulling the perspective in a bit or adjusting the viewing angle. Looking forward to seeing more of your work!
