So since it's Christmas week, I planned to work on some animation in the office today.
I went to deactivate my Pro license at home this morning, so I could activate it when I got work. I tried several times, but it kept telling me the "Deactivation had Failed" >:( >:( >:( :'(
I understand, you won't let us run Keyshot on two different computer (even though many other companies do). That's fine; but if that is your policy, then you need a MUCH better license activation/deactivation procedure than you currently have!!!!
I've tried to do this a few times over the past year, and have always had some kind of an issue (not this same issue). It's never as easy a task as it should be.
