Post by: angelblast1997 on December 30, 2014, 11:07:33 PM
Hello, guys, Im new here so Im sorry if I posted on the wrong forum.

I fairly new to Keyshot and modeling  (Solidworks) I love modeling and rendering smartphone concepts.
But I dont know how to make the flash of the back (when off) look realistic. Any help?

The best way as I see it would be to model the actual ripples in the lens. It's probably a lot of work for a small element, but it's all the details that makes the model look realistic. Go for it!

Good advice Esben :) The devil and the pain are in the detail, but the result is well worth the effort.
