So I started my own Design Agency, not really as a company but since I know tons of people who render for fun, and make really good renders but don't reach out to companies (altho that's their goal in some way).
I decided to invite some people on the boat to sail the seas of potential customers.
That's how I started, and it has proven to work in my case and for even some of my friends.
