I have a windscreen which I am trying to change to clear glass.

I am trying to change the windscreen to clear glass, but the when I drag the glass material on to the truck it doesn't work.

How did you apply the materials in the first place?

I just dragged the glass material sample onto the glass windscreen

Basically, I dragged the glass sample from the materials library on the left hand side of the screen.

Ok, but where's the problem.  Because on your image it looks as tho the cabin has orange paint material and the windscreen has glass material ... it looks correct, no ?

Move the light source so it won't reflect or show the glare if that is what you are after.
