Hello guys,

I have got a problem importing data , in my case an assembly into Keyshot. I added a cut in the assembly itself in creo and tried to import the whole thing into Keyshot. Unfortunately I cannot see the cut in Keyshot.

Second problem is that some of my assembly placements just get thrown around and the conditions are not correct anymore.

Are there any solutions for this?

You would help me a lot! :)

What version of KeyShot are you using?
Are you using the KeyShot plugin for Creo?
If so, what version of the plugin are you using?

Im using the latest version of both, Keyshot itself and the plugin (which does not work somehow).

If you are using the plugin the assembly cuts will come across. Make sure you push the assembly to KeyShot directly from inside Creo.
