Title: Realtime Render Time
Post by: dan on November 22, 2010, 01:46:53 AM
Hey,

The "use realtime renderer" option is very useful for us when we're doing longer renderings, especially turntables as you can calculate the exact time the machine will be working for. However at the moment everytime you type in in the amount of seconds to run each frame for then click another tab, when you go back to render options the seconds box has jumped back to zero. This is ok when doing individual renders (although still a bit annoying) as you just set everything up first then hit render without leaving the options tab. But we've tried adding a few turntables to a render queue using the realtime renderer and they just never get started!

Is a solution as simple as making sure keyshot remembers the number you type into the seconds box in the render options?

Yes this is a known bug that will be fixed in the next update.
