Title: Reflective material - limit reflections
Post by: guest83783 on October 05, 2015, 12:53:06 PM
I realise my last post was in the wrong category:

I've modelled a shape in Rhino using T-Splines so I know it's a sound form with no errors...  When I apply a reflective material everything goes a bit Pete Tong.

I've added a succession of images, the last one has been split and reimported...

Any ideas why this is happening?  I've also tried with everything turned up to eleven.

How do I limit the number of internal reflections?

Cheers

Andy

There is an entry for ray reflections under "settings", that may help.  It defaults to 6, but you can change it with the slider or numerically.
