Title: Backplate panning and zooming
Post by: blefebvre on November 23, 2010, 06:40:28 AM
This would be a great help, specially when dealing with smaller objects.
We have to use PhotoShop for cropping, save to a new file, import it as a backplate... It's tedious.
Let's make our job easier again KeyShot!

Agree. A better workflow is to import the backplate, set the camera/realtime/render size and pan or zoom the backdrop to suit your image. The final render output would simply crop any backplate content beyond the render frame.

That's exactly how I see it:  Realtime (just like Keyshot)

Cheer.
