You should use a different material in the tree leaves and bushes.
It's way to bright, but overall a good result for exterior archviz.
Some post processing and colour grading might do the final adjustment look like the real stuff.

Apt. 43 is magnificent. I agree on the night shot--love it.
I really like the "sales brochure" look that you've captured in this series. They are obviously renderings, which is good and what a prospective buyer or investor expects to see, rather than the photo-realistic imaging you often see and can be quite deceptive and often less effective. Good job, and thanks for sharing!
In the last image, I think the telescope is pointing in the wrong direction!

The water is almost there.
The geometry is good but the texturing needs a bit of fine running.
Maybe is you used a different diffuse map texture for the water.
