Title: KS CLOUD RECOVERY DATA DIFFICULT

I have used cloud to download about 2 months ago.
forgot password, impossible to get back into it and change
password?!?!

Hey,

you can simply use the "recover" button on the cloud home page: https://cloud.keyshot.com
And type the Email you used for creating the account.
You should then receive a recovery email for the account recovery.

I don't see an account matching your information. Try creating a new account, if you're not sure what email address you had used before.

in last 5 years i had only one email address!!

Interesting - the screenshot you posted earlier was showing a different email than your forum account. Anyhow, just try registering a new account with your email address. If you are still having issues, please contact our support team: support@luxion.com
