Hello guys,
I am having a big issue when translation and rotation. I have to rotate and translate a screw in a cranial plate, but these movements are not happening in the long axis of the screw, so the animation isnt good. Even if i select original local. Does anybody can help me with that??

maybe you can try to change between the different axes (x y z) of the local origin to find the right rotation axin. And make sure that the bolt is a single body, instead of a merged mesh.
