Not sure about anyone else, but I tend to use "Ease In/Out" on the "Motion Ease" Time Settings pull-down about 99% of the time. Is there a way to make this the default?
Way too often I get into my animations and realize I haven't been changing that as I go, so I have to go back one at a time and change them all.
