why i can not purchase an update for KeyShot, every time i press the purchace button it takes forever. and then it doesn't open.
is there any other place i can put my purchase through?

im working on the pro version, on mac osx 10.62
i can not use the render queue, as it is not adding the files that i want to render, can you help please.
the steps that im doing are:
compose the file, save then put in render the size i want then also save, then go to pro and add.
when going to view jobs, nothing is there, also when process jobs, no action is done.
