Title: Textured hard surface

Hi guys,
new Keyshot user here, just starting to explore the Material Graph and was wondering..
How would you create this exact material (originally by instagram user @hate_plow) ?

Only that person can tell you 'exactly' how. I'd guess they used a splotchy texture 'blended with' a dark gray/black color. Or, they might have used a splotchy texture as a roughness texture on a standard black anodized rough finish.
