Great start!  Looking forward to seeing the body.  Tip- in "Scene" (Options) click "Snap to Ground" to bring it down to the ground plane.  Keep it up!

Hi George;

You are most welcome, and will find that all of us on the forum are here to help each other.  I've been a self-employed designer and modelmaker for almost 38 years, and, believe me, have been helped along the way by many.  And that, I think, is our mutual responsibility and privilege to assist those also on the path.

Just for kicks, try one of the "X-ray" materials on the tires, in your last image.  You can tweak the heck out of x-rays and it's a very useful material for ghosting.
