Increase the shadow quality slightly to get rid of the jagged ground shadow.

The Dice look great ! The chip needs some love still. Just a simple gradation on the chip might do the trick. Right now it looks and feels flat. need to give the chips some deepth.

yes I agree, flat and lifeless on the chips. the first iteration was the dice and chips added as after-thought.
In the next iteration I'm going to model a real casino chip for proper effect, i need to add more materials for it to work right.
