We are testing KEYSHOT this week prior to upgrading our studio/users. We have noticed an issue with the STEP import in KEYSHOT.
Our work flow has been to create and .allcatprt of a Catia assembly, then save this as a step file and import into Hyper Shot. We had little, to no issues with this method. However, using the same technique in the new release, only solid bodies (part bodies in Catia) import in. Surface bodies (geometrical sets in Catia) are not coming in on import.
Can we investigate this further with your technical team?
Also, are there still plans for a direct connect for Catia?
