If you save the file to a folder in title which contains the Cyrillic, the folder name is not displayed correctly
And if you save or rename the file to the name with the Cyrillic, then the file will not open

If you double-click on the file to open it doesn't seem to work. If you open it via File > Open, it works just fine.
