I recently purchased Keyshotbridge to Zbrush, last night, actually. However I ended up converting the actual license key into a Adobe Acrobat file and now I cannot get the file to unlock Keyshot. I even tried downloading from a different computer on to a thumbdrive but, that still did not work . I was hoping you could help me with this mess I have gotten myself into thank you.
