Title: Motion Blur On or Off
Post by: HaroldL on September 29, 2017, 07:51:49 PM
I started an animation of an airplane rocker in KS7 Pro with the prop spinning. In the anim I applied Motion Blur but when I deactivate animation the motion blur is still visible on the model. Is this normal? I don't recall that happening in KS6, I had to scrub thru the anim to get the image with motion blur I wanted then render that frame.

 Hello.

Deactivating (closing) the animation tab won't turn off the motion blur. There is a new checkbox in the project window to turn on/off the blur. I guess it was in the environment or picture tab.

Thanks MWo, after poking around a bit I found it in the Render pull down Menu. There is a Blur option in the HDRI Editor in the Environment tab, but it appears to just blur the pin lights.

Hello Harold.

My apologies for the misunderstanding. The toggle isn't in the project window. As you can see in the attached screengrab. you'll find an option in the main menu or in the animation tab (if it's visible)
