Title: Shadows on the ground plane
Post by: Roderick123 on March 05, 2018, 07:54:31 AM
I'm getting jagged shadows on the ground plane at the max shadow quality setting.

KS2.0.38 mac version   I didn't seem to have this problem in 1.9

This sometimes happens if your HDRI is too small. I don't even recall if motion blur was in KeyShot 2. If so, is that enabled?

Honestly though, I have to ask why you're using software that is 8 years old. (not trying to be rude, just curious) When you're not on the latest or at least a recent version of KeyShot, it's very hard to troubleshoot issues and offer help.

In my case this was related with resolution: if the resolution is too low, shadow edges appear jagged or pixelated.
