It's seems that when i import rhino files in keyshot, it recognize the parts per layer in rhino and not by each part?
I am new to keyshot and rendering software so maybe it's something common...

I am not sure what you mean. The Rhino plugin or importer recognizes the layers as individual material groups, as long as you assign the materials to the objects on a layer "by layer".
