I'm using Keyshot 2.1.25, and I always use labels in my renderingwith TIF exensions so I can have transparency.

What happens is that sometimes, after I close keyshot and open it again, the labels are gone, and even when I apply them again, they don't appear. It appears only "no image" on the box of labels.

Any ideas of how can I fix it?

First thing - upgrade to KeyShot 2.3.2. Link is in the members only section here on the forum.
