I have seen the light beam tutorial but not sure if anyone has tried to get this effect in KS?

In Light Cone V3.bip ( light beam tutorial) , just edit the Projector Plane material and change mesh texture by a Snow flakes picture

The light beams will be the tricky part, unless you wait for KS8...

Spotlight and gobos and scattering materials are all functioning in 8.
