Title: KeyShot Cloud library

The download from the Keyshot cloud library is not working anymore since I updated to 7.3.40.
when I click "download" i can see the download number go up but that is all.
The browser tells me that the webpage could not be loaded. I tried the Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox... no difference

Does anybody else has this problem and knows a work around?

I just tried and everything functions as it should for me. No issues.

Not sure if this is the same problem as the one I was having a while back, but check your Keyshot Preferences under Advance > Network. Make sure your set to Automatic Proxy Detection. I accidentally switched that to something else a while back and the Cloud materials wouldn't work for me. However, it sounds like you're having a slightly different issue altogether.

I tried three different browers and they all have a sam issue.  Two of them say that the requested page could not be found or displayed after I hit the downlaod button, Firefox just shows and empty page.
I also checke if the keyshout_cloud_handler_exe is running, but that seems the case too
