Title: Can't import anything but KeyShot files

I'm trying to import a .step file and when I go to import or open the only file formats it allows me to import are .bsp or .ksp. I'm on KeyShot 7.3 CAD. What am I doing wrong?

Depending on the CAD program you are using, it is my understanding that Keyshot will only import files from that CAD program or its format. Do you have a Render in Keyshot button or menu option in your CAD program? If so, use that to move your model from CAD into Keyshot. OR import the CAD file into Keyshot.
