what settings would you need to have on a slightly transparent cloth on skin?
This could be done with an advanced material as label with the right textures in diffuse, bump and opacity channel. But without displacement (coming with KeyShot 8) it can be look a bit flat or "painted like", 'cause of no real offset to the body/skin.
