When having a lot of animations, singles and in groups. If you duplicate it's quite frustrating that they change order. First, all main selections, get's "mirrored" so if I have folder 1, 2, 3, 4 selected and duplicate I get the duplicates as in this order. 4,3,2,1.
But they inside the groups they seem to move around randomly, in one group I had 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, In the duplicated folder it now was. 1,2,5,7,6,4,3 for example.
So basically in this specific case, I needed to number all animations and folders manually and rearranges them every time I duplicate. very time-consuming. :)

i use keyshot 6 and i have exactly the same problem and it makes me crazy, then i want to crash computer. But you said you use KS7, so it has the same problem. :-X
