Ugh, I was always wondering how do you guys come up with that kind of lighting just by using hdri. Mine scenes are always too dark if I don't put area light planes in front of the windows:S
Second image looks great, only thing that bothers me is the defined shadows on the chairs and such, you wouldn't expect to see that on such a foggy day.

There is a lot of improvement from the first image, through the second to the last image. The last image is awesome. I like the lighting, the contrast and the overall feel in the image.
