Frosted or rough surface glass with gloss text label? How?
I can put a glossy label on to an opaque surface, I am not sure if I am doing it the best way as when I change the white label on transparency png to blend with the main plastic colour each time.

Now I want this effect on frosted or rough surface clear materials.

I would use the image to drive the roughness channel of the material.

Since KeyShot 6 we can apply these as a label with a glossy material onto a rough material (surface) using the onboard label features.

So I can achieve this with a simple label.

Fantastic, so much going on in the material graph I did not understand!
