HI there - anyone else experiencing this: Yesterday my renders started getting stuck (rendering to PSD). They sit idle at 0% done and I have to cntrl+alt+del to get the program shut down. NOt sure what caused it - just out of the blue. I have been using the latest update for a week or two with no problems.

Hello Laura,
Would you be able to share your KSP file so that we can try and reproduce the same issue you are having? You can send it to Luxion support. Also, would you be able to share what version of KeyShot you are using and what type of PSD document are you selecting when rendering?
