When I load an .avi rendered in Keyshot 8 into PinnacleStudio 21 for editing, it loads as locked content... it's not accessible. This is not the case with non-Keyshot .avi's. The Keyshot .avi's will play in Window 10 Pro so it shouldn't be a codec issue. I've checked permissions and they seem fine. Anyone?
I have not heard of this issue before. Does it only happen with avi files or other video formats as well?

Nope... just Keyshot AVI's. AVI's uncompressed, mpeg4, mp4, aspect ratio, frame rate, jpg, png... it makes no difference... the files load as either locked content or red and crossed out. They can't be played or edited in Pinnacle 21 Plus. GIF loads, but doesn't play... it's just a static image when played. MOV and FLV load, play, and can be edited so I suppose that will have to do.
