Title: reflections

Ed kindly told me that the reflections are handled with the environment that applies, but can not get the reflections on the red apply.
What I do is load the environment. Am I doing something wrong?

There is no material. The red strip is a label, previously made ​​in Photoshop.  :-\

If you want to make the label reflective then change the specular color to something other than black and then control the reflectivity with the IOR value.

Yes - something like this:

The Specular color setting in my example is R77 G77 B77
