Title: Beoplay H6 - revisited an old scene!
Post by: marcusha on February 27, 2019, 07:49:48 AM
Hello!

I went through my old scenes the other day, and found one from 2016, where i tried my hand on the BeoPlay H6 headphones from Bang & Olufsen. Thought that i would be interesting to see what i could do today vs then. Here is the results!

Nice render, the smoke seems to have been made in post production, it would have been interesting to use the new keyshot feature and create this smoke from a vdb. :D

Thanks! I've been looking around, and can't seem to find samples of those?

There are a few default examples under Materials > Scattering Medium > openVDB. Also check openvdb.org (http://openvdb.org) and cubebrush.com (http://cubebrush.com)

Cheers,
Eric

You can find many free VDB files if you search on google, you can also easely create your own if you have access at tools like Houdini for instance.
