Title: Plastic transparent problem

Hello,
Pls help me check why did see plastic transparent got black? Is shadow issues or settings?

If I set 1 and 2 you'll see that the whole thing is white

What is your lighting mode? are you lighting the scene with only an hdri?

how about your Global Illumination settings?
can you send a screengrab on your  lighting settings?

May I ask which exact version of KeyShot are you using? You can find that by going to Help >> About....
May I also ask, which lighting preset you are using? You can find that by going to the Lighting tab in the Project window. Would you be able to send me a screenshot of that Lighting tab?

I recommend you make sure you're in product lighting preset. You can do this by going to the lighting tab on the right-hand side of your screen. This will enable both Global Illumination and increase Ray Bounces which will help with this scenario.
