KeyShot randomly stops responding or hangs and doesn't let me continue to work.
How to resolve:
1. If you are using a
Nvidia RTX, Titan or specific
GeForce cards that use the
Turing architecture?
The steps below will help resolve the issue for you:
- Download GeForce Experience (https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/geforce-experience/) from Nvidia
- Install GeForce Experience then restart computer
- Launch GeForce Experience check for Drivers update
- Install Suggested Nvidia Drivers using Custom installation
- Select Clean install and continue with installation
- Run KeyShot

Issue:
We've received reports that
Raptr, screen recording software would cause KeyShot to crash.
How to resolve:
We reccommend uninstalling
Raptr and the faulting module.
- Uninstall Raptr from system
- Delete C:\PROGRA~2\RAPTRI~1\PlaysTV\ltc_game64-116096.dll

Issue:
KeyShot becomes unresponsive and crashes. This happens more often on computers using MSI motherboards that have NAHIMIC gaming audio software installed.
How to resolve:
If NAHIMIC's installed on the computer uninstalling it will resolve the issue.
- Uninstall NAHIMIC from system
