Hey, does anyone know if it is possible to do anything like this in keyshot?

KeyVR will allow you to step inside your scenes and interact with them. I guess this takes it a step further than you require but would be awesome for interior design applications.

Alternatively, you could model the rooms in Keyshot - all of the assets will be available to purchase through sites like Turbosquid or create them yourself. You could then do an animation with Camera Event changes to simulate moving through the scene.
