Title: Axis is off when importing SketchUp files
Post by: Blumer on August 05, 2019, 11:31:15 AM
When importing SketchUp files into KeyShot, the geometry comes in sideways for me, no matter when I do in SketchUp,
And changing the "up" axis in the KeyShot import dialog doesn't make any difference either.
Has anyone else here seen this behavior? Any way to correct it?

Thanks

Hello Blumer,

Would you be able to share the CAD file that you are having issues with to KeyShot support so that we can take a look and see if we can reproduce the same results? Also, some questions about when importing your model into KeyShot can you tell me if you use the plugin and if you do direct imports into KeyShot? What version of SketchUp are you using, and what version of KeyShot are you on?
